2.1 Questions or requests about this notice or your personal information can be sent to info@acclitech.com, or by mail to Acclitech, LLC, Austin, Texas, USA.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and your confirmation that you have read this policy.
- Emails and calls: any information you choose to share when you contact us directly or work with us.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Contact form metadata: when you submit the form we record the page it was sent from, the date and time and your IP address, to help prevent spam and abuse.
- Server logs: our hosting provider’s web servers log standard request data, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page and time of the request.
- Web fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and standard browser information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 We do not offer user accounts, comments, online payments or file uploads on the Site, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through it.
4. How we use personal information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide information you request.
- To discuss, provide and manage our services and keep business records.
- To keep the Site and our communications secure, including detecting spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising or make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
5. How we share personal information
5.1 We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who host the Site, deliver and store our email and provide similar services to us, under obligations to protect the information and use it only to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons: with government authorities, law enforcement or other parties when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety and that of others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this notice.
5.2 We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
6.1 Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. The Site does not use advertising, analytics, social-media or other tracking cookies, and we do not display ads.
6.2 Your browser may store files such as images and scripts in its cache to load pages faster, and our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies to deliver and protect the Site. These do not track you across other websites.
6.3 You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Because we do not use tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we will update this notice first.
6.4 We do not track you across other websites, so we have no special response to “Do Not Track” signals. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request not to sell or share personal information, which we do not do in any case.
7. Third-party links
7.1 The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
8. Your privacy rights
8.1 Depending on where you live, including California, Texas and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know or access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information we hold about you;
- receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising or profiling (we do none of these); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
8.2 We honor these requests from all visitors, regardless of state of residence. To make a request, email info@acclitech.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent. We will respond within 45 days.
8.3 If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal”. We will respond to appeals within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General; Texas residents can file a complaint with the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
